Oil is actually produced by microorganisms, which technically makes it a BIOFUEL, people!! Biofuels are fuels that are produced as metabolic byproducts from biochemical reactions. While we don’t have the current capacity to MAKE (not refine, there is a difference) oil at the rate it is consumed, it is technically feasible. Look it up.

I am trying out different home cooked meals for my adult cat to supplement the rather boring dry cat food (Royal Canin Persian 30). This is intended as more of a treat (about 1-2 tablespoons) per day to enhance his moisture intake. The meals will be unsalted and unspiced, of course. Will ingredients like olive oil, lentils and grains aside from the meat (chicken, lamb or whatever) be OK for him to eat?

I just bought a hot oil treatment today, I can’t remember the brand though. My hair is very dry and damaged, and frizzy! So I have to do a lot to keep it looking okay. Does a hot oil treatment really work good? Like, will it restore the moisture in my hair, and leave it silky and shiny? I had a ‘portable closet’ made of wood that I painted with an oil enamel paint. I made a mistake and tried to paint a coat over the area I messed up and made things worse.
It seems like I will need to remove the paint off the section of wood now and repaint it. How would I go about removing that oil enamel paint? Sandpaper? If sandpaper, considering how thick the paint is, would I need to use a fine or coarse grain?
Any other suggestions from someone experienced with this would be very welcomed and appreciated.
