Lucretia asked:

They say if you have acne-prone skin, you should use oil-free or non-comedogenic makeup. I have some oil-free makeup, and I have some non-comedogenic makeup. Yet I don’t know which one is best for my skin. Any help pretty please?

use the non-comedogenic stuff. non-comedogenic means it wont clog pores (and cause acne)

Non-comedogenic won’t block your pores, where are oil-free simply doesn’t contain oil. If you have oily or acne prone skin, go for the non-comedogenic, as it probably doesn’t contain much oil anyways.

Non-comedogenic is truly the best. You can’t trust something that just says oil free.

OIL-FREE MEANS THAT THERE IS NO OILS IN IT. NON-COMEDOGENIC MEANS IT WON’T CLOG YOUR PORES, ITS MAKES YOUR SKIN FEEL MORE BREATHEABLE….

Oil-free means is contains less than 1% of mineral oil or less. Non-comedogenic means it doesn’t contain any of the top 20 pore clogging ingredients. Aim for both just to be safe with your acne-prone skin.
