ALso America was built off not only slavery, but stealing land, and genocide. Hey scootthall82 let me help educate you and a little history that was probably not taught to you, cambodia is in its state today because of the stupid americans. If they had spend 5 years bombing cambodia, destorying the economy, the land and its people, the khmer roughe would have never gotten into power and millions of khmers would have never died. Also western countries cant distrubute nothing, if they knew how america wouldnt be in owe billions of dollars.

cambodian government need alot of institutional development, to chanel fund to the poor to reduce the gap between the rich and poor,..beside institutional development, the governing structure and mentality have to be changed as well to eliminate curruption,but the change need to take place gradually,…be patient,
