To be fair tho that wasn’t realy his fault, the tailender should have been flagged that he was about to be lapped. Just very unfortunate.

It’s funny that the turn is called the Castrol curve and it has an oil spill on it.
I saw this live and I was throwing **** at the TV. At that point I didn’t care who won the race because I was so pissed at the marshals and race officials. Rider safety is first!
An motor oil company sponsored the turn in which these incidents occurred! Isn’t that coincidental?
Agreed, the flag marshals should have had the oil flag out going into the turn. Agreed that all riders who fell there had a legitimate grievance (even though after a couple of laps they should have known and taken a different line). The poor guy who didn’t get a blue flag was also hard done by.
Stopping the race? Doubtful. There were plenty more riders who made it through the oil corner lap after lap until race finish.
Stopping because of incompetent officials is what should have happened.
I was at the 1999 WSB race at Laguna Seca, loooooved it !

this is the gayist race ever. the marshalls aren’t waving any flags. about 6 crashes? 6 crashes in just 2-3 minutes. what the ****!!!

Are you a doctor? I doubt you could ride anywhere near as fast as these guys. Same thing really, but saying that these guys are thick just becasue they race bikes - well that says alot about your intelligence.
Just put yourself in his shoes. You’re fighting for the world title and because of some awful marshalling, you’re now down and out, and losing valuable points. You’d be giving anyone with an orange coat on the finger. It’s called “in the heat of the moment”. Look it up.
